Important Information for Mehndi Clients
Call-Out Fees: Fees depend on the event location. Visiting my residence has no fee. Please provide the full address for accurate quotes.
Mehndi Safety: I use 100% natural Mehndi cones, safe for all skin types, including pregnant women. Instant henna made with chemicals may cause adverse reactions; I am not responsible for chemical Mehndi use.
Booking Confirmation & Deposit: Deposit required to secure booking. Details such as time, address, and type of application (Casual, Bridal, Guest) are needed for invoicing.
Timeliness: 15-minute grace period. R150 applies for every 15 minutes of additional delay.
Deposit Policy: Bookings are first-come, first-served. Deposits must be paid within 7 days of quote with proof.
Tattoos: Mehndi does not stain tattoos. Please inform me so I can adjust designs.
Cancellation: R200 cancellation fee applies, in addition to deposit.
